Dear Friends,
I am truly honored and excited to join the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples as your incoming President and CEO. The opportunity to work alongside such dedicated staff, board members, and volunteers fills me with enthusiasm and gratitude.

As my wife Lisa and I prepare for this new chapter in our lives, we look forward to immersing ourselves in the vibrant tapestry of Jewish life in Greater Naples. Building meaningful relationships with each of you is an important and critical first step in this process. Lisa and I are also excited that our two daughters have plans to frequently visit us from their two respective northern communities and get to know all of you as our new extended family and community.

I want to also express my heartfelt appreciation to Jeffrey Feld for his outstanding leadership and continued support. His generosity in ensuring a smooth transition speaks volumes about his commitment to our community's success. I look forward to following in his footsteps and partnering with our many colleagues at the local Jewish agencies, synagogues, and the broader Naples community.

Our sages teach us, "Kol Yisrael arevim zeh bazeh" – "All Jews are responsible for one another" (Shavuot 39a). This timeless principle will guide our work together as we strive to create an even more vibrant and engaged Jewish community.

As we embark on this journey, I am inspired by the potential that lies ahead. Together, we will build upon the strong foundation already in place, fostering a community where every Jewish individual feels connected, supported, and empowered.

I can't wait to meet you all and begin our shared work of strengthening Jewish life in Greater Naples.
