"Democratization of the Ecosystem, There is no hierarchy"

Speaker: Renée Rey

 

Renée Rey, award-winning Interdisciplinary Artist, will present her response to the "Democratization of the Ecosystem" through artwork she created as Artist in Residence at Sun Peak Center for Art and Sustainability, Colorado Springs, CO, August 2016.  Inspiration rooted in Jewish tradition, spirituality, nature, and science drive innovation in her expressionist paintings, digital art, and cultural and environmental advocacy.  She will connect her art methodology to creative problem solving and innovative outcomes in business.

 

In addition to art, Rey has years of experience in interior architectural design, education, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership.  She holds an MBA Management, Concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY, MA Jewish Education, The Jewish Theological Seminary, New York, NY, and undergraduate degrees in Interior Design, Parsons School of Design, New York, NY and Judaic Studies, The University at Albany, Albany, NY.  She has studied film and digital art on the graduate level, and painting, drawing and performance art on the undergraduate level.  Also, she is currently an Interior Designer with Clive Daniel Home, Naples FL.
