Meet the Co-Chairs of Celebrate Israel @ 75
Tracy and Michael Askotzky split their time between Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and North Naples seasonally. They raised three lovely girls and have two grandsons. Tracy enjoys Mah Jongg, biking, needlepoint, reading and has volunteered for The Naples Jewish Book Fair. Michael is an avid bike rider, golfer and plays tennis too. They both participate in MCA and WCA events and enjoy being active in both communities.
We are proud to Co-Chair this event along with our good friends Cathy and Phil Zacks as we celebrate Israel's 75th Anniversary.
Cathy and Phil have been retired for the past 13 years. We spend winters in Bonita Springs and summers in Erie, Pennsylvania. We worked together in a family business. We were both on the board of our local federation. We both enjoy kayaking and biking with WCA and MCA. Phil loves sailing and skiing and he works with metal-fixes cars and does home repairs. Cathy is a swimmer and amateur artist. We have 4 children with wonderful senses of humor, 3 fabulous daughters-in-law, and 5 adventurous grandchildren. We are excited to be working with Tracy and Mike on the 75th Israeli anniversary!

What a fabulous Celebrate Israel Day we had in April! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this day possible. Thank you to the Israel Advocacy Committee for bringing Rick Recht to Naples to sing to us. What a great concert! Thank you to the Temple Shalom’s Men Club who donated the proceeds of the sales of the hot dogs to the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples. The falafel, halva, baklava and all the baked goods by Chef Dalia, MCA and WCA were delicious. Thank you to all the organizations who participated at this event. Thank you to all who came out to Celebrate Israel with us! Please look at our website and Facebook for pictures.

- Homemade Falafel by Chef Dalia, who will donate some proceeds to the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples.
- Temple Shalom's Men Club for selling hot dogs and donating the proceeds from the sales to the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples.
- Men's Cultural Alliance (MCA) for the Halva tasting.
- Women's Cultural Alliance (WCA) for baklava and homemade baked goods.
- Israeli Dancers from Ft. Myers, Hadassah, FIDF, CAMERA, Israel Tennis Center, Hand In Hand, Alexander Muss High School in Israel, Jewish National Fund, Otsarot Judaica, Temple Shalom Gift Shop, ARAVA, The Weizmann Institute, BBYO, AIPAC and the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples.
