  allow women to use WICK to purchase these items.  That is the direct caus
 e of most absenteeism among high school girls.  Our local Hadassah&#039\;s
  program\, &quot\;Woman to Woman and Girls&quot\; has already made a diffe
 rence in our larger community\, donating items for menstrual and personal
